Rushguard - Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-09-24
These terms apply to the mobile game Rushguard ("the game"), provided by Paweł Ogryzek ("we", "us"), operating as PaoloGames. By installing or playing the game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
1. Using the game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. The game, its content and its code remain our property or the property of our licensors.
2. Virtual items and currency
The game contains virtual items and currencies, such as gold, stars, heroes, items and chests. They are part of the licence to use the game: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be sold or transferred to other players. Stars and other consumable items are used up when you spend them.
3. Purchases
You can buy stars, heroes and upgrades with real money. Purchases are made and paid through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. The price shown in the game comes from Google Play in your currency. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy and the law that applies to you.
Purchased digital content is delivered immediately after payment. Where the law allows, you agree that the delivery starts right away, which means that the right of withdrawal for that content ends once it is delivered. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Heroes and permanent upgrades are restored on a new device through Google Play. Stars that you have already spent, and stars on a device that is lost or reset without a backup of your progress, cannot be restored.
4. Chests
Chests contain one random item. The chance of getting each item is shown in the game, under “Contents”, before you buy or open a chest.
5. Ads
The game shows ads, including optional ads you can watch for a reward. The reward is given only when the ad is completed, and daily limits apply.
6. Your game account
If you use Google Play Games, your progress is backed up in a game account (see the privacy policy). You can delete the account at any time in the game's Settings or on our website.
7. Fair play
You may not modify the game, bypass its purchases or limits, use cheats or automated tools, or reverse engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it. If you break these rules, we may reset the affected progress or delete the game account.
8. Changes and availability
We may update the game, change its content and balance, and change these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. We try to keep the game available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or forever.
9. Liability
The game is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of progress caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Questions: the contact form or contact@paologames.com.
