Delete your Rushguard account
If you use Google Play Games, Rushguard backs up your progress in a game account on our servers. You can delete that account and all data linked to it at any time.
In the game
Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. The account is deleted right away.
Without the game
Fill in the contact form with the topic “Delete my account”. Give your account ID (shown in the game's Settings) or your Google Play Games player name, so we can find your account.
You can also write to contact@paologames.com.
We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your game account (Google Play Games player ID),
- your backed-up game progress, settings and the record of your purchases.
What is not deleted
- Progress stored on your phone - remove it by uninstalling the game or clearing its data.
- Purchase records kept by Google Play - they are managed by Google, not by us.
After deletion, items bought with real money that cannot be restored by Google Play (for example star packs) are lost for good.
